Day 57: Vickburg National Military Park

I started the day wandering around New Orleans a bit more, but then made my way north to Vickburg. There they have an amazing park dedicated to the battle of the city during the civil war. Most of the trenches and landscape still exist, so you can really get an idea of how the battles took place. I also got pleasantly surprised by a civil ware era iron sided steam ship. I believe they said it's the only one that still exists and it was really cool. Easily the highlight of my day.
